From West Africa to the United States
Established in 1999, Bonney African Impoex, Inc. started as a small regional supplier of West African Foods.  Today it is a wholesale and distribution company that supplies customers all along the eastern United States.  The company is lead by Ato Bonney, a native of Ghana, West Africa who came to the United States in 1979.  Eventually settling in Charlotte, North Carolina, Bonney started the company from scratch.  Over the years, Bonney grew the business, supplying speciality stores with high quality West African food items, cosmetics and over the counter remedies.
